Our Family Service Counselor William Lennon went above and beyond to make sure our experience was extraordinary. His attention to detail and calm nature was reassuring to us that our needs was being handled by someone who truly cares. He is an asset to Sunset Memorial Park & Funeral Home. I'm trying to bury my mom. Filled out Sunset's online request form (twice), directing them to reach me by e-mail during the work day since I can't answer the phone. They called six times during the day and never e-mailed. Still haven't received any information eight days later. Disgraceful. Post-sale customer support could only be worse.

Beautiful grounds and facility with a professional staff to assist you. I especially enjoyed the catered reception at their facility afterwards . The memorial service, burial, and reception were all handled at the location.

Every aspect of the services I received at Sunset Memorial and Funeral Home were handled professionally and with such great respect. From the prearrangements I helped my brother make two years ago to the final moments of the service at Ft. Sam Houston Cemetery, I felt every detail was as important to the staff as it was for me. Thank you Johnny, Nira and James for taking care of me and my family during such a difficult time.
